Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 23, 2026
At Ancestral Union Ceremonies, each service is intentionally prepared and reserved specifically for you. Because of the time, preparation, and scheduling involved, we maintain the following refund policy:
1. All Sales Are Final
All bookings are non-refundable.
Once a service is booked and payment is processed, your ceremony date and time are reserved exclusively for you.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens.
Clients may request to reschedule their ceremony with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may not be accommodated and may result in forfeiture of the booking.
3. Missed Appointments / No-Shows
Failure to attend your scheduled ceremony without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Late Arrivals
Clients are expected to be present and ready at the scheduled time.
If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened or canceled at our discretion, without refund.
5. Technical Issues
As services are conducted virtually, clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and working technology.
We are not responsible for missed or interrupted sessions due to technical issues on the client’s end.
6. Service Disruption
If we are unable to complete your ceremony due to an issue on our end, we will offer either:

A full reschedule
or -
A partial or full refund, depending on the situation
